Requirements

• 500+ Credit Score
• Debt to income ratio MUST be 45% or less
• No history of bankruptcy in the past 5 years
• 3 months of paystubs and employment verification letter 
• 2 references via landlord or employer, within the past 5 years
• Must make 2.5x monthly rent - alone or combined 
• No evictions in the last 5 years
• Everyone in household that is 18+ MUST apply
• No more than 2 people per bedroom
• NO SMOKING
• Pet rent is an extra $15 per month per pet 
• Pet fees are: 1 pet $350, 2 pets $500
• Application Fee $50 - NON REFUNDABLE
• Screening Fee $30 - NON REFUNDABLE
